Role Overview
This Superintendent position offers the opportunity to manage construction operations and coordinate teams across active projects in the Prince George's County area. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, schedules, and quality standards
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Communicate progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders
- Conduct daily inspections and resolve on-site problems efficiently
- Maintain documentation and project records
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar site leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
