Back Room Coordinator

Marshalls of MA is hiring a Back Room Coordinator in Calhoun, Gordon County. In this full-time role, you'll manage inventory operations and keep our retail store stocked and organized.

What This Role Involves

As a Back Room Coordinator at our Calhoun, Gordon County location, you'll be responsible for the flow of merchandise from receiving through fulfillment to our sales floor. You'll coordinate with multiple departments, maintain efficient inventory systems, and ensure our back room stays organized to support seamless retail operations.

Core Duties

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Organize and maintain inventory in the back room
• Fulfill product requests from sales associates on the floor
• Track stock levels and identify reordering needs
• Assess merchandise for damage and process accordingly
• Scan and input data into inventory management systems
• Keep the back room clean, safe, and well-organized
• Work with receiving, merchandising, and retail teams
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

• Physical capacity to regularly lift and move merchandise
• Dependable, with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Prior retail or warehouse experience a plus
