About the Role

This full-time teacher position at Red Valley Cove High School offers the opportunity to guide students in learning subject content and developing the skills, knowledge, and character needed for success in school and beyond. Employment is for 10 months with salary established by the district on the Certified Salary Schedule (EXEMPT).

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to standards that engages students and builds deep understanding
• Use formative and summative assessment to monitor student progress and refine your teaching
• Create a positive classroom culture where all students feel safe, respected, and challenged to grow
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student success and school-wide goals
• Communicate with students and families about progress, concerns, and opportunities for growth
• Contribute to professional learning and school improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Arizona teaching certification or eligibility for certification
• Deep knowledge of your subject area and ability to explain concepts in multiple ways
• Genuine passion for helping young people develop academically and personally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based instructional practices
• Ability to work effectively with diverse learners and families
