This position sits at the heart of member engagement and business growth. You'll design and execute the strategic initiatives that keep our community connected—from signature events and educational programming to sponsor partnerships and member communications. Your leadership will directly impact how members experience value and how the organization grows.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team managing membership growth, retention, and engagement strategies
• Develop, plan, and execute member events, educational programming, and consumer-facing exhibits
• Build and manage sponsor and partner relationships to create mutually beneficial opportunities
• Oversee member communications across multiple channels to keep the community informed and connected
• Manage departmental operations, budgets, and timelines to deliver results
• Identify and drive revenue-generating activities and business development opportunities
• Coordinate with member committees and volunteer leaders to advance association goals

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in membership management, association leadership, or community engagement
• Proven event management and execution track record
• Strong business development and sponsorship sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership and staff management capability
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
