Position Summary
As a Credit Card Customer Service Account Specialist I at JPMorganChase, you play a critical role in our customer service operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Explain credit card features, rewards programs, benefits, and terms to customers
- Address fraud concerns and assist with account security matters
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
- Follow established procedures and compliance requirements in all customer communications
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction
