We're building a comprehensive maternal and women's health practice within a high-acuity hospital setting, and we're seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to expand our clinical team and deliver evidence-based care across the full spectrum of obstetrical and gynecological services.

About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to practice the complete range of obstetrical and gynecological medicine in an integrated, collaborative clinical environment. You'll work alongside experienced board-certified physicians and certified nurse midwives, contributing to comprehensive patient care from routine gynecology to high-risk obstetrics within a hospital equipped with a level 4 NICU. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, team-based decision-making, and evidence-driven practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical care, including prenatal assessment, intrapartum management, and postpartum care across all risk categories
• Deliver a full range of gynecological services, including preventive medicine, diagnostic evaluation, and surgical procedures
• Collaborate with certified nurse midwives, consulting physicians, and hospital staff in a coordinated care delivery model
• Manage complex and high-risk pregnancies, leveraging the hospital's neonatal intensive care capabilities
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance, and team professional development

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Unrestricted California medical license
• Clinical competency in comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological practice
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative practice skills
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and continuous professional development
