Role Overview

As an Operations Transformation Manager, you'll lead critical initiatives that reshape how clients manage supply chain, sourcing, and procurement functions. Embedded within our Operations Practice, you'll work alongside experienced transformation professionals to diagnose operational challenges, design modernization strategies, and guide clients through comprehensive implementation—delivering tangible improvements that enhance competitive positioning and operational efficiency.

Core Duties

• Conduct diagnostic assessments of client supply chain, sourcing, and procurement operations to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop detailed transformation roadmaps and business cases aligned with client strategy and objectives
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build consensus around operational change
• Design and oversee implementation of new processes, organizational structures, and systems
• Coordinate with functional experts and internal teams to execute complex transformation initiatives
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations, or related discipline
