Core Duties
- Source and develop commercial real estate leads and business relationships across your market
- Advise clients on commercial property acquisition, disposition, and investment strategy
- Prepare market analysis, property valuations, and deal proposals to close transactions

- Leverage company resources and support systems to execute successful commercial real estate transactions
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to close sales or business development experience (commercial real estate experience helpful but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and competitive spirit
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business pipeline
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
