About the Role

What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements and accounting records
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Coordinate with tax professionals to support compliance and audit readiness
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and operational improvements
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support to cross-functional teams
- Strengthen internal controls and refine accounting procedures
- Guide and develop junior accounting staff
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in senior roles
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet strict deadlines
- Professional communication and collaborative teamwork abilities
- CPA certification preferred
