About the Role

As a Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our facility operations. You'll manage preventive and emergency maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems while ensuring our secure facility meets compliance standards. This full-time position requires technical expertise, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to work independently in a facility requiring security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures
• Conduct facility inspections, document maintenance work, and maintain detailed records
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and security protocols
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and address urgent repairs
• Collaborate with contractors and support facility upgrades
