Quality Engineer

What This Role Involves

As a Quality Engineer at Dynacast, you'll oversee manufacturing quality systems and processes, working to maintain the exacting standards that define precision component manufacturing. You'll collaborate with production teams to identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot quality issues, and implement solutions that strengthen product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and inspection of manufactured components to verify compliance with specifications and customer requirements
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and standard operating procedures
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for quality enhancement
• Collect and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations relevant to component manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in engineering or a related field preferred
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional manufacturing teams
