Entera Group is hiring a full-time Crating and Shipping Associate in Southport, Bay County. If you're a detail-oriented, physically capable individual ready to support a growing signage manufacturing operation, we want to hear from you.
What This Role Involves
As a Crating and Shipping Associate, you'll be a key part of our logistics team, preparing finished signage products and branding materials for safe delivery to our national customer base. You'll handle everything from building and securing shipping crates to verifying order accuracy and managing final-stage quality checks—work that directly impacts how our clients experience Entera Group's products.
Responsibilities
- Construct, assemble, and reinforce shipping crates according to specifications and safety standards
- Pack, wrap, and protect signage and branding elements using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
- Verify product condition and order completeness before shipment
- Apply shipping labels, documentation, and tracking information accurately
- Coordinate loading of finished goods onto trucks and containers
- Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow all workplace safety procedures
- Assist with inventory tracking and receiving as needed
What We're Looking For
- Ability to consistently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail—order accuracy and product condition are non-negotiable
- Reliable, dependable work ethic with a focus on meeting shipping deadlines
- Comfort using hand tools, basic power equipment, and warehouse technology
- Ability to work full-time in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to follow instructions and contribute to a team-oriented workplace
