About This Position
Nextdeavor is seeking a detail-oriented Cell Technician to work the 2nd shift in our Mentor, Lake County facility. This role offers stable, full-time employment with the opportunity to grow your technical expertise in a production environment that values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cell processing equipment and machinery according to standard procedures
- Perform quality inspections and testing procedures on components and finished products
- Execute assembly and preparation tasks to meet established specifications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities and results
- Follow all safety and compliance standards while working on the production floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting when needed
Requirements
