Mclane Company, Inc. is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver in New Rome, Franklin County to join our Transportation & Logistics operations. If you're a safety-conscious professional with a CDL A license ready to deliver excellence every route, we want to hear from you.

What This Role Involves

As a Delivery Driver for Mclane Company, Inc., you'll be the face of our company at every customer stop. You'll operate modern, well-maintained vehicles to transport products across established delivery routes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and punctuality. This is hands-on work that combines driving skills with customer service—you'll interact with clients, manage your time efficiently, and take pride in delivering a consistent, reliable experience every single day.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes throughout New Rome and surrounding areas
• Load, transport, and unload products according to delivery schedules and customer requirements
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required logbooks
• Adhere strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety protocols
• Provide courteous, professional service at each customer location
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status and any issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated knowledge of DOT compliance and vehicle safety standards
• Physical ability to load, unload, and handle product deliveries
• Strong time-management and route-navigation skills
