Team Lead: Condo Reception Center

This full-time Team Lead role sits at the heart of our condo operations in Dillon, Summit County. You'll manage the reception center's day-to-day activities, lead a small team of front-line staff, and be the go-to problem-solver for guest needs. Whether it's coordinating check-ins, resolving guest concerns, or ensuring your team delivers the warm hospitality Vail Resorts is known for, this position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the guest experience while building meaningful connections within our mountain community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee condo reception center operations and maintain service standards during your shift
• Lead, train, and support a team of front desk and reception staff
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with attention to detail and hospitality
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor inventory, scheduling, and daily reporting as needed
• Uphold Vail Resorts' commitment to creating memorable mountain experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team-lead role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing operations (preferred)
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
