Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned facilities and grounds to identify unusual activity and potential security threats
- Control access to restricted areas through identification verification and professional visitor management
- Respond effectively and professionally to security incidents and emergency situations
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access controls to maintain continuous facility awareness
- Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed, accurate incident reports
- Enforce company and client safety policies, security protocols, and operational procedures
- Communicate clearly with management, team members, and clients regarding security matters and concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit to full-time work
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Ability to pass background investigation and security clearance requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, and remain alert during extended shifts
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible schedules as needed
