Travel OB/GYN Registered Nurse – $1,887 per week

About This Position

Join a healthcare facility in need of experienced obstetric and gynecologic nursing support through LeaderStat's travel nursing program. This is a temporary, full-time assignment designed for RNs seeking flexibility and competitive compensation. You'll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, allowing for a structured schedule in a specialized medical environment. Start as soon as possible and contribute directly to maternal and women's health care delivery during a critical staffing period.

Core Duties

• Provide direct patient care to obstetric and gynecologic patients across multiple unit settings
• Monitor fetal heart rate, contractions, and maternal vital signs during labor and delivery scenarios
• Assist with gynecologic procedures and post-operative patient monitoring and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and nursing records in compliance with facility protocols
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care instructions
• Support facility operations and adapt quickly to institutional workflows and systems

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of assignment
• Demonstrated experience in obstetric and gynecologic nursing or equivalent clinical background
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
