Physitrack is hiring a Product Manager, North America to drive product strategy and development from our Grand Central, Manhattan office. This full-time position is based in New York City with five days per week in-office presence, requiring core hours of 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
About the Role
In this Product Manager, North America role, you'll shape product direction for Physitrack's North American market. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams located in the UK and Poland to develop and execute product initiatives that serve customers across North America. This position demands flexibility to align with your distributed team's schedule, starting your workday early to maintain collaboration overlap while staying present in our Manhattan office during business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for North American operations
- Collaborate with UK and Poland-based engineering and design teams on feature prioritization and development
- Translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product requirements
- Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market initiatives across North America
- Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to inform ongoing product decisions
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven track record defining and executing product strategy
- Strong cross-functional communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones with geographically distributed teams
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated experience gathering and using customer insights
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with analytical problem-solving skills
