PEOPLE CREATING SUCCESS is hiring a full-time Day Program Instructor to join our team in Thousand Oaks, Ventura County. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver daily programming that encourages active participation and personal skill development
• Provide individualized support and assistance to program participants in a respectful, patient manner
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive atmosphere where all participants feel valued and respected
• Track and communicate participant progress and behavioral observations with supervisors and families
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent program quality and delivery
• Manage activity materials, equipment, and maintain clean program spaces
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and professional standards
