Lab Technician

About This Position

This full-time Lab Technician role in Spanish Fork, Utah County is based on a rotating shift schedule that requires flexibility and reliability. You'll work with analytical instrumentation, supporting laboratory operations in a hands-on environment. The position demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining strict laboratory standards. Compensation ranges from $17–$19 per hour, depending on your experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare samples for analytical testing procedures
• Operate Gas Chromatography (GC) instrumentation
• Conduct High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis
• Perform Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy testing
• Record, document, and verify test data with precision
• Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and cleanliness standards
• Follow established procedures and quality assurance guidelines

Who We're Looking For

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work the assigned rotating shift schedule (Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Commitment to accuracy and precision in laboratory work
• Willingness to learn laboratory procedures and follow established protocols
