Icebox Cryotherapy Cumming is hiring a Wellness Coordinator for our Buford location. This is a part-time position where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, educating them about cryotherapy services and ensuring every visit exceeds their expectations.

About This Position

As a Wellness Coordinator at our Buford cryotherapy studio, you'll welcome clients, answer questions about our services, and help them get the most out of their wellness journey. Core Duties

• Greet clients and provide an inviting first impression at the reception desk
• Explain cryotherapy services, benefits, and how treatments support wellness goals
• Schedule appointments and manage client bookings
• Process client intake and membership information
• Answer questions about pricing, packages, and service options
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment
• Support retention efforts by building genuine client relationships

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer service experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or retail
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about wellness
• Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software
