About the Role
As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll respond to properties in crisis—homes and businesses affected by water damage, burst pipes, storms, and flooding. You'll be part of a team that stabilizes affected areas, removes damaged materials, applies advanced drying techniques, and restores properties to their pre-loss condition. Your work directly impacts families and business owners during their most challenging moments.
What You'll Do
- Assess water-damaged areas and develop restoration action plans
- Operate industrial extraction, drying, and dehumidification equipment
- Perform controlled demolition and removal of saturated materials
- Document all restoration activities with detailed field notes, photographs, and technical records
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and property owners throughout each restoration job
- Maintain equipment and adhere to all company safety and industry protocols
