Greenlife Healthcare Staffing in Davenport, Scott County, is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as a Health Care Facility Surveyor. This position involves traveling throughout Iowa to conduct comprehensive regulatory assessments and ensure healthcare facilities meet quality and compliance standards.

Position Summary

As an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in maintaining healthcare facility standards across Iowa. Working full-time for Greenlife Healthcare Staffing based in Davenport, you'll be responsible for conducting detailed facility surveys, evaluating operational compliance, and documenting findings to support continuous improvement in long-term care environments.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys of healthcare facilities to assess regulatory compliance and quality metrics
• Evaluate adherence to CMS standards and state healthcare regulations, particularly in long-term care settings
• Interview facility staff and review documentation to gather comprehensive compliance data
• Document survey findings and prepare detailed reports on facility operations and standards adherence
• Collaborate with facility leadership and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Travel to multiple healthcare facilities throughout Iowa as assigned

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Iowa or the ability to obtain one
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training certification
• SMQT (State Medical Quality Team) certification required
• Nursing experience in healthcare settings, ideally with compliance or regulatory background
• Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively document and present findings
• Comfort traveling throughout Iowa to conduct facility assessments
• Proficiency with medical documentation and regulatory guidelines
