About the Role

As Scientist II, Study Management, you'll oversee the end-to-end execution of complex research studies in our Contract Research Organization focused on vector technology and genetic medicine development. You'll be the critical link between research teams, regulatory requirements, and project timelines—ensuring every study generates reliable, compliant, and publishable results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain study protocols that align with regulatory standards and Franklin Bio Lab's quality expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet study milestones, manage budgets, and track resource allocation
  • Ensure rigorous documentation practices and data integrity throughout study lifecycle
  • Monitor study compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality assurance procedures
  • Prepare regulatory submissions, reports, and documentation required for ongoing studies
  • Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify and correct deviations
  • Communicate study progress to stakeholders and manage any issues or escalations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, biology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in study management, regulatory affairs, or laboratory operations—preferably in a CRO or biotech environment
  • Strong knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), regulatory frameworks, and study design principles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in study management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously and prioritize effectively
