As a Manufacturing Technician I at August Bioservices, you'll support the execution of our drug manufacturing and formulation operations in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. This full-time position in Nashville, Tennessee offers hands-on experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to drug development for patients.

What You'll Do

• Assist in executing manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical compounds and drug formulations
• Prepare materials, equipment, and workstations according to standard operating procedures and GMP requirements
• Monitor manufacturing activities, collect data, and document process parameters accurately
• Maintain strict cleanliness and organization of manufacturing and lab areas
• Support quality control activities, testing procedures, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with manufacturing and technical teams on routine production and batch processing tasks
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues under supervision, escalating as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college coursework in chemistry, biology, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions with precision
• Basic math and measurement skills for pharmaceutical applications
• Willingness to learn pharmaceutical manufacturing and drug formulation principles
• Reliability, punctuality, and collaborative work style
• Prior manufacturing, laboratory, or technical experience is beneficial
