What You'll Do

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and case-related documentation for investigative and supervisory staff
• Prepare, process, and maintain investigative reports, correspondence, and agency records
• Coordinate communications and meetings between law enforcement agencies, District Attorneys, and other state and federal partners
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records systems while ensuring compliance with privacy and security requirements
• Provide administrative support for ongoing investigations and special projects
• Greet visitors and answer inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Support database maintenance, filing systems, and information organization
