About the Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve as a dedicated engagement professional and ambassador for Morehouse College. You'll represent the institution's mission while fostering relationships and supporting advancement initiatives through direct outreach and authentic community connection.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular outreach to alumni, donors, and friends during assigned shifts using phone calls, text messages, and email communications
- Share compelling Morehouse College experiences and stories to inspire continued engagement and philanthropic support
- Update constituents on college news, programs, events, and initiatives to strengthen their connection to the institution
- Support advancement campaigns and fundraising efforts by collaborating with team members
- Maintain detailed records of constituent interactions and engagement activities
- Represent Morehouse College with professionalism, authenticity, and genuine commitment to its mission
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong capacity to build genuine rapport with diverse individuals
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to maintain consistent contact schedules
- Genuine enthusiasm for higher education and student success
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using multiple communication platforms and technology tools
- Customer service, alumni relations, or student engagement experience preferred
