About the Role
As Assistant Store Leader-Visual Experience, you'll be central to shaping how customers experience our brand through strategic store presentation and visual storytelling. You'll partner with our team to ensure every display, window, and space reflects the warmth and intention that define our retail environments. This leadership position combines hands-on merchandising expertise with team engagement to elevate the shopping experience at our Lynnfield, MA location.
What You'll Do
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives that showcase our women's fashion assortment and brand aesthetic
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement merchandising strategies and seasonal presentations
- Mentor and guide team members on visual standards and customer experience best practices
- Monitor product presentation, signage, and store environment across all customer-facing spaces
- Respond to inventory changes and adapt displays to highlight featured pieces and collections
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects our mission of authenticity and positive impact
