About the Role
As a rehabilitation nurse at our Lake Chesterfield facility, you'll deliver compassionate patient care in a structured clinical environment dedicated to helping individuals regain function and independence. What You'll Do
- Provide direct bedside care to rehabilitation patients with diverse diagnoses
- Assess patient status and respond promptly to clinical changes

- Partner with physicians, therapists, and care staff to support recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Educate patients and families about rehabilitation goals and health management
- Promote safe, dignified, and supportive care environments
What We're Looking For
- Active Missouri RN license
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of nursing experience
- Clinical background in rehabilitation, acute care, or related nursing field
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to evidence-based patient care
