Acosta Group is hiring a Retail Client Merchandising Representative for a full-time position in Greenfield Manor, Berks County. In this rewarding role, you'll represent major consumer brands directly at the retail level, building strategic product displays and ensuring optimal shelf presence to drive brand visibility and sales across multiple store locations.

About the Role

As a Retail Client Merchandising Representative, you're the critical link between Acosta Group's clients and the retail consumer. You'll execute field merchandising strategies that bring products to life on store shelves, working closely with store managers and retail staff to build compelling displays and maintain brand standards that drive results.

What You'll Do

• Design and build product displays following client planograms and brand merchandising guidelines
• Stock, rotate, and position merchandise to ensure product freshness and accessibility
• Conduct retail audits to verify placement, signage, and promotional compliance
• Develop strong working relationships with store managers and associates to support merchandising goals
• Document and report on store conditions, competitor activity, and merchandising performance
• Travel between assigned retail locations to execute consistent brand representation
