What You'll Do

• Travel to client locations to perform notarial acts on documents including loans, deeds, powers of attorney, and affidavits
• Verify client identities and ensure proper document execution in compliance with Pennsylvania notary law
• Maintain detailed records of all notarizations and manage administrative documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients to schedule appointments and confirm details
• Educate clients on notarization requirements and document preparation
• Work independently while meeting performance expectations and service quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania notary public commission (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the service area
