About the Role

As a Data Coordination Analyst at Maximus, you'll play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support federal healthcare operations. You'll work at the intersection of technology and mission-driven public health, partnering with leadership and teams across departments to translate raw data into strategic insights that inform policy decisions and operational enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Collect, validate, and organize complex data from multiple systems and sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform statistical and comparative analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—operations, compliance, leadership, and technical staff—to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Monitor data quality, implement corrective actions, and maintain documentation of processes and standards
• Support federal reporting requirements and compliance audits with accurate, timely data submissions

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Proficiency in data management tools, databases, or spreadsheet applications (Excel, SQL, or similar)
