About the Role

FCC Environmental Services is seeking an accomplished Senior General Manager for our Roseville, CA facility. You will serve as a key strategic leader, responsible for managing operations, fostering a culture of excellence, and executing growth initiatives that strengthen our market position. As Senior General Manager, you'll direct all aspects of our Roseville operations while developing and mentoring a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional environmental and waste services.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Roseville facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion in Placer County and surrounding regions
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management and operational team
• Manage P&L responsibility and establish performance metrics and KPIs for the operation
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
• Work collaboratively with corporate leadership to align local operations with company-wide strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in operations management, facility leadership, or general management roles
• Strong track record in waste management, environmental services, or related industrial sectors
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple departments
• Experience with P&L management and financial performance optimization
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and environmental practices
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental science, or a related field is preferred
