Assistant Community Manager

Pratum Companies is hiring a full-time Assistant Community Manager for our affordable housing community in Forest Park, Hamilton County. In this hands-on role, you'll partner with our leadership team to deliver exceptional housing operations and support for our residents.

About the Role

As Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key part in maintaining and growing our thriving affordable housing community. Working closely with your manager, you'll handle day-to-day leasing operations, foster positive resident relationships, and ensure we meet all HUD and Section 8 program requirements. Your work will directly impact resident satisfaction and community stability.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing lease agreements, tenant screening, and move-in/move-out processes
• Support lease compliance and address resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with the community manager on occupancy goals and retention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident files in compliance with HUD regulations
• Process rent payments and maintain records
• Help organize community events and resident engagement activities
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with building maintenance teams
• Provide responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in a residential, healthcare, or social services environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with housing programs, affordable housing, or property management (preferred)
• Proficiency with standard office software and databases
• A commitment to serving residents with dignity and respect
• Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule
