Join Compass Group, North America as a Dishwasher at Day Air Ballpark in Oakwood, Montgomery County. This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity to be part of a fast-paced food service team supporting thousands of guests throughout the ballpark season.

About the Role

As a Dishwasher, you're the backbone of our kitchen operations. You'll ensure that every plate, utensil, and piece of cookware is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next meal service. Your work directly impacts food safety standards, kitchen efficiency, and the guest experience at one of the region's premier venues.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Maintain clean, organized dish stations and storage areas throughout your shift
• Remove food waste and assist with basic kitchen area cleanup
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to meet health standards
• Communicate with kitchen staff to prioritize high-demand items during service periods
• Handle and transport heavy loads of dishes and equipment safely

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, dependable work ethic and ability to show up on time
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors

Pay

$13.00 per hour.
