About the Role

As a Machine Operator Packer working the third shift, you'll play a key part in our client's Industrial department. This full-time position involves hands-on work with production equipment and finished-product packing, where your focus on quality and efficiency directly impacts daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture aluminum components according to specifications
• Pack finished products into shipping containers with proper labeling and documentation
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all safety protocols
• Track production metrics and communicate output to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance, particularly for third-shift work
• Strong attention to detail in both manufacturing and packing tasks
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required protective equipment
