Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Walmart is hiring an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor to lead our fulfillment operations at our Bessemer, Jefferson County facility. In this full-time role, you'll supervise a team of order fillers and drive excellence in e-commerce order processing and delivery.

About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Supervisor, you'll oversee daily order fulfillment operations, managing a team responsible for picking, packing, and processing customer orders. You'll combine hands-on warehouse leadership with strategic oversight to maintain accuracy, speed, and team performance standards while ensuring every customer order meets our quality expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate order filling team members to achieve productivity and quality goals
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure order accuracy
• Train team members on procedures, safety standards, and operational best practices
• Coordinate daily fulfillment operations to meet order processing timelines
• Coach and support team performance while addressing performance gaps constructively
• Maintain detailed operational records and communicate status to management
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or order fulfillment
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a similar environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to lift regularly and stand/walk throughout your shift
• Willingness to support warehouse operations across varying schedules as needed

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19 to $32 per hour, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for Bessemer, Jefferson County. You'll also receive annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances based on schedule and facility factors.
