UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant

Deloitte is hiring a UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital advisory team in Five Points, Wake County. This full-time role focuses on functional transformation within enterprise human resources, helping organizations streamline workforce management, payroll integration, and talent operations through UKG PRO platform expertise.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG PRO HCM implementation and optimization, you'll partner with mid-market to enterprise clients across industries to modernize their human resources infrastructure. You'll drive business outcomes by translating complex workforce challenges into scalable technology solutions, working closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption and process transformation.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UKG PRO HCM implementations, from requirements gathering through post-launch support and optimization
• Design and configure core HCM functionality including payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and employee data analytics
• Map current-state HR and payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend best-practice configurations aligned with client business objectives
• Facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements, validate system design, and communicate technical capabilities in business terms
• Develop training materials and lead knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams on platform functionality and process changes
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth organizational adoption and user engagement
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams including architects, developers, and quality assurance to deliver integrated solutions

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing UKG PRO HCM or comparable enterprise HR platforms
• Strong knowledge of core HR and payroll processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and technical specifications
• Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements and managing stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work through ambiguity and adapt to changing project scope
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
