About the Role

As Senior Contract Administrator, you'll be the strategic steward of our contract portfolio, ensuring compliance, protecting organizational interests, and enabling seamless business operations. Your expertise in contract lifecycle management will directly impact our ability to deliver mission-critical capabilities across air, land, sea, and advanced electronics platforms.

What You'll Do

• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts to ensure legal soundness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives
• Manage contract execution, execution timelines, and stakeholder sign-offs to keep projects on track
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and program teams to resolve contract issues and clarify terms
• Maintain comprehensive contract records, documentation, and version control systems
• Monitor contract performance, track milestones, and identify risks or compliance gaps
• Provide guidance to junior contract staff and lead contract administration initiatives
• Support vendor and supplier relationship management throughout contract lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, procurement, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of contract administration, procurement, or legal operations experience, ideally in defense or technology sectors
• Proven ability to review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial and government contracts
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex terms clearly
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment
