What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules for department staff
  • Handle incoming communications and route inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain and organize project files, documents, and administrative records
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for department activities
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks
  • Coordinate logistics for department operations and occasional in-person meetings
  • Support interdepartmental communication and process improvements
