As a Customer Service/Sales Associate, you'll be a trusted resource for customers in your department at our West Seneca location. You'll combine genuine enthusiasm with product knowledge to guide shoppers through their entire purchasing journey—identifying project needs, recommending the right products, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and initiate conversations to understand their home projects and requirements
• Use Home Depot resources and tools to build and share detailed product knowledge
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that fit their budget and goals
• Present comprehensive product bundles and complementary items to complete entire projects
