About the Role

We're seeking a Community Support Specialist to deliver essential support services to individuals and families throughout Davidson County and neighboring areas. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling designed around your availability while keeping service quality at the center.

What You'll Do

• Connect individuals with community resources, programs, and services that meet their needs
• Provide information and guidance on available support options
• Support program participants in working toward their personal goals
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with the people you serve
• Document and communicate client interactions and outcomes clearly
• Coordinate referrals to community partners and local agencies
• Participate in outreach and community engagement activities

Schedule and Compensation

This part-time Community Support Specialist position offers competitive pay at $16.48 per hour. You'll work primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
