Customer Service Specialist – Part-time

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Aurora, Arapahoe County store location on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll be the face of our retail operation, delivering expert guidance to both wholesale contractors and individual homeowners shopping for paint, coatings, and related supplies.

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Aurora store, you're a key part of our success. You'll engage with customers daily, understanding their specific needs—whether they're tackling a residential painting project or managing large-scale commercial applications—and pointing them toward the right Sherwin-Williams products and solutions. Your expertise and friendly service make customers confident in their purchases and eager to return.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers, identifying their project requirements and recommending appropriate paint colors, finishes, and application products
• Answer detailed product questions, providing guidance on coverage, durability, and performance characteristics
• Build lasting relationships with both retail customers and wholesale accounts by delivering consistent, knowledgeable service
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, working toward fair resolution and customer retention
• Maintain store appearance, organize displays, and ensure inventory is accessible to customers
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, productive work environment
