Cabin Service Lead

Dnata is hiring a Cabin Service Lead to oversee cabin cleaning operations at Tampa International Airport in Hillsborough County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a team while upholding the highest standards of aircraft cleanliness and safety compliance.

About the Role

As Cabin Service Lead, you'll manage daily cabin cleaning and maintenance operations, supervising a team of cabin service agents and ensuring every aircraft meets Dnata's quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll coordinate work schedules, conduct quality reviews, and maintain accountability across all cleaning operations in the Tampa area.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead a team of cabin cleaning agents on assigned shifts
• Verify that all aircraft cabins are cleaned to company specifications and EPA compliance standards
• Prepare and manage cleaning supply inventory for each scheduled aircraft arrival
• Monitor and enforce adherence to TSA, FAA, and departmental safety policies
• Conduct quality inspections and approve work before each aircraft departure
• Coordinate with ground crews and flight operations to meet turnaround timelines
• Consistently deliver on company and customer service expectations

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in ground service, airport operations, or similar environments
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and carrying supplies
• Strong knowledge of TSA and FAA regulations and airport safety requirements
• Familiarity with EPA environmental compliance and cleaning procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
