TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Lead for its Ogden, Weber County plant on D Shift — a hands-on leadership role for an experienced production maintenance professional ready to keep a high-volume food manufacturing facility running at its best.
About the Role
As the Maintenance Lead at our Ogden, Utah plant, you will guide the D Shift maintenance team in supporting reliable, safe, and efficient production. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring equipment uptime and championing maintenance best practices across the facility. It is an ideal opportunity for a skilled technician who is ready to take ownership and mentor others.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the D Shift maintenance crew to keep production lines operating smoothly.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and process issues, then drive them to timely resolution.
- Prioritize workflow and assign tasks to balance scheduled upkeep with urgent repairs.
- Uphold strict safety, sanitation, and food-quality standards at all times.
- Partner with production and supervision to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial or production maintenance, ideally within food or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a maintenance team.
- Willingness and availability to work the D Shift schedule on a full-time basis.
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
