About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Communications & Advocacy at Global Health Strategies, you'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution across our client engagements. You'll own communications projects from start to finish, coordinate across stakeholders, and produce compelling materials that drive policy change and organizational impact. This position sits at the intersection of project leadership, strategic communications, and client partnership.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end communications and advocacy campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives
• Develop, edit, and refine strategic communications materials including policy briefs, reports, presentations, and messaging frameworks
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination across multiple teams and client organizations
• Conduct research to inform communications strategy and advocacy positioning
• Guide clients through key public-facing initiatives, including media engagement and policy briefings
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional development of emerging talent

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in communications, advocacy, project management, or related professional roles
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clarify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Proven project management experience with strong organizational and deadline-management abilities
• Meticulous approach to editing, quality control, and error identification
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining client and team relationships
• Genuine interest in global health, public policy, or strategic communications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
