About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Oral Surgery Dentist to deliver specialized surgical care on a part-time basis. This position is designed for accomplished dental professionals who want to grow their surgical practice with minimal overhead while maintaining complete scheduling autonomy around your existing commitments.

What You'll Do

• Perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including extractions, implant placement, and advanced surgical interventions
• Evaluate patients, diagnose surgical pathology, and develop evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Execute surgical procedures with precision while prioritizing patient safety and clinical excellence
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and full compliance with Virginia dental regulations
• Guide patients through surgical treatment, recovery, and post-operative care

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
• Current, valid dental license in Virginia with no restrictions
• Board certification or specialized advanced training in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Proven track record delivering superior surgical outcomes
