Guest Experience & Sales Professional – SoHo

Nuovo Photography, a women-founded artistic studio in SoHo, is hiring a full-time Guest Experience & Sales Professional to join our New York City team. You'll be the welcoming voice and trusted guide for clients stepping into our luxurious creative sanctuary, helping them discover confidence and celebrate their authentic selves through our services.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience & Sales Professional at our SoHo location, you'll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll blend genuine hospitality with consultative selling, building lasting relationships with clients while introducing them to the transformative experiences we offer. This is a position where your warmth, professionalism, and passion for self-expression directly impact how guests feel welcomed and valued.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to confidence and individuality
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and guide them toward the right services and packages
• Answer inquiries about our studio, services, and booking process with knowledge and care
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking process smoothly and professionally
• Represent Nuovo Photography's brand values and mission in every client interaction
• Support the studio's growth by building client relationships and encouraging repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in making others feel valued
• Comfort in a consultative sales role; ability to listen and recommend authentically
• Professional demeanor and reliability in a luxury studio setting
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles is a plus
