Behavioral Technician – Willing to Train (SPANISH SPEAKING REQUIRED)

Join Proud Moments ABA in Riverhead, Suffolk County as a Part-Time Behavioral Technician, where Spanish fluency is required and a willingness to train is valued. We're a national behavioral health provider dedicated to delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum, from newborn through age 21.

About the Role

As a Behavioral Technician, you'll work directly with children and families, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. You'll be a core member of our clinical team, using your skills to support meaningful development and progress for the children in your care.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in one-on-one settings
• Conduct direct client observations and accurate data collection
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and supervising clinicians on treatment strategies
• Communicate progress updates with clients, families, and the clinical team
• Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation
• Support skill development across communication, social, and adaptive areas

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish-speaking ability (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Genuine commitment to working with children and families
• Reliability and strong attendance
• Ability to follow clinical direction and feedback from supervisors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field
