Commercial Credit/nCino Consultant

Accenture is seeking a Commercial Credit/nCino Consultant to join our team in West Miami, Miami-Dade County. This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced professional ready to drive digital transformation in commercial credit operations.

About the Role

As a Commercial Credit/nCino Consultant at Accenture, you'll partner with financial institutions to modernize their credit management and commercial lending operations. You'll leverage your expertise in nCino, the leading cloud-based platform for credit and lending workflows, to design, implement, and optimize solutions that accelerate loan origination and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Configure and customize nCino platform features to align with clients' commercial credit processes and business requirements
• Analyze current lending workflows and recommend process improvements that streamline origination, underwriting, and approval cycles
• Lead and support system implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and ongoing optimization
• Train client teams on nCino functionality and best practices for commercial credit management
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Support data migration and system integration efforts connecting nCino with legacy or third-party platforms

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with nCino platform configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, lending processes, and financial services operations
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse client stakeholders
• Experience implementing financial services software or managing digital transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
